If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at service@thyseed.com. We will do our best to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
- All Purchases can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued.
- The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Steps
Step 1: Email to service@thyseed.com to require a return (including the reason for the return)
Step 2: Waiting for the return confirmation with the return address from us.
Step 3: Send the products back to our warehouse.
Tips:
- Please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they contain important information.
- For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
- There are no restocking fees.
- thyseed is not responsible for the cost of return shipping charges unless for damage reason.
- Please do not send your order back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.
Order Cancellation
- We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
- If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
- We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
Refunds
You will receive your refund within 3-7 business days after we have received your item. Please note promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
